The lawyers recognize
that legal fees are often beyond the reach of most people. The firm
feels strongly that legal fees should not prevent someone with a
good case from having access to the courts.
Wallbridge, Wallbridge will waive a
retainer (legal fees) until the case is settled, in the appropriate
case, i.e. a car accident, an insurance dispute, wrongful dismissal,
etc., where a person's prospect for recovery is good. In this case
we will charge fees equal to a reasonable percentage of a settlement
or judgement.
The firm has cases throughout the Province
but is Northern Ontario based and has strong roots in the North.
