FEES

In the appropriate case, we will work for you for a contingency fee. This means:

• we have no up-front fees;
• we pay the expenses of obtaining the medical records and medical reports;
• we charge a reasonable percentage of your settlement at the end of your case;
• if we don’t obtain a settlement or judgment on your behalf, we will not charge you.
